Jonathan Rose is a 104th Grey Cup Champion, East Division CFL All-Star, and Ottawa Redblacks All-Decade Cornerback who has transformed his journey in professional football into a mission of purpose. He is a passionate mental health advocate, public speaker, and podcaster, dedicated to uplifting communities, and inspiring others to prioritize their mental well-being.

It started in 2020 as a passion project with the launch of a podcast. What followed was a journey into elementary schools, encouraging physical wellness and pushing beyond limits. That work grew into community engagement events and public speaking centred on mental health awareness, and has since become a powerful avenue for helping others.
